Warranties

Products purchased from Food Service Group International Inc. (FSG) may be returned once a Request for Return Case Number has been provided by FSG.

The warranty period is 5 days after shipping. This is the only warranty provided by FSG in connection with the products and services you purchase or receive.

FSG expressly disclaims all other warranties and representations, whether written, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. All products and services provided by FSG are supplied “as is” and without any additional warranty of any kind.

The manufacturer may provide separate warranties. You agree to seek recourse exclusively through the manufacturer’s warranty, if any.

These warranties provide you with specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights under Canadian law. Certain provinces or territories may not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so some limitations or disclaimers in this section may not apply to you.
