Payment and Refunds

Food Service Group International Inc. (FSG) accepts only valid credit cards or other payment methods approved by us. All refunds will be issued via credit note/memo, to the original payment amount minus a 20% service fee at our discretion.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize FSG International to charge your order, including applicable taxes, shipping, handling, and any other amounts indicated on our websites.

If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid, or otherwise unacceptable, your order may be automatically suspended or canceled.

For accounts associated with FSG International, you agree to keep all payment information current. We may process charges even if the payment method has expired or changed by the time of processing. Any issues encountered with payment must be resolved before your order can proceed.
